| Removal
of mechanical and liquid impurities out of air and gas streams. |

| The
fractional separation efficiency with respect to liquid and
solid impurities also depends on the admissible pressure drop,
the working density of the gas, the density of the impurities
and the performance range of the cyclone separator. Our pilot
plant has separated particles (water droplets) of 5 µm
size at continuous injection as follows: |

vessels are manufactured and inspected acc to the German AD-Merkblatt
by an independant inspection agency. Pressue vessel calculation
to the ASME code on requirement. |
| The
cyclones are made of standard or wear resistant materials
depending on the application. They can be equipped individually
to customer specifications. |
