Applications: Removal of mechanical impurities out of air and gas streams. Boiler plate and grain-refined shell are sandblasting inside and outside acc. to SA 21/2, finished inside with two layers of benzene-resistant coating, outside with one layer. Fittings are of 1.4514 Silumin or cadmium-plated steel.

Separator with filter-elements

Inspection: The vessels are manufactured and inspected acc to the German AD-Merkblatt by an independant inspection agency. Pressue vessel calculation to the ASME code on requirement. Cartridges: The separator cartridges provide a surface action and are of a folded star construction made of high quality cellulose specially treated for water and hydrocarbon repellence.
